Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time Since we work with a domestic supplier, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Order Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at [jorden@slmo.co.uk] within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
